Hours: Exactly 15 hours per week (3 hours per day, Monday to Friday)
Schedule: Fixed Daily Block: 6:00 AM to 9:00 AM Philippine Time (Matches US Evening: 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM PST)

## Overview
We are looking for a sharp, high-IQ, and highly autonomous financial administrative professional to take ownership of our daily bookkeeping and billing queue.
This is a premium, long-term part-time position. We do not micromanage or double-check daily data entries—we hire elite professionals, give them clear parameters, and trust them to execute flawlessly. Our backend uses automated systems (ERP data synced via Zed Axis directly into QuickBooks Desktop), meaning you are our human firewall ensuring data integrity. Because you will have "View Only" access to our banking platform, absolute trust and analytical accuracy are mandatory.

## Core Responsibilities (Daily 3-Hour Sequence)

1. Enter Bills: Input incoming vendor invoices and accounts payable data into our ERP/accounting system.
2. Generate Outbound Invoices: Use Zed Axis to import, audit, and push auto-generated invoice payloads to clients. You must verify quantities and rates match perfectly in QuickBooks Desktop before sending.
3. Process Wells Fargo ACH Payments: Review our view-only bank records to log and clear incoming ACH payments into our internal ledger.
4. Manage Billing Support Email Desk: Monitor a dedicated email queue to resolve client requests (e.g., pulling and sending Proof of Delivery/POD sheets, tracking updates, and account balance confirmations).

## Required Qualifications & Technical Standards

* QuickBooks Desktop Expertise: Must have strong, hands-on experience navigating QuickBooks Desktop (not just QuickBooks Online) to enter vendor bills, process transactions, and manage data parameters.
* High IDProof Score: Must have an OnlineJobs.ph IDProof score of 80% or higher to verify identity.
* High Cognitive Aptitude: Elite pattern recognition, logic, and numerical problem-solving skills (Candidates with high platform IQ or verified cognitive test scores are heavily preferred).
* Meticulous Eye for Detail: You are a natural optimizer who catches decimal errors or broken data formatting effortlessly before hitting submit.
* Flawless Written English: Ability to communicate professionally and concisely with Western clients over email.
* Ironclad Technical Setup & Power Backup:
* A primary internet connection with at least 50 Mbps download / 10 Mbps upload speeds.
* A dedicated, quiet workspace free from background noise.
* Mandatory Power/Internet Backup: Must own a working UPS (Uninterruptible Power Supply) or power station for your router/laptop, and an active secondary internet backup (like pocket Wi-Fi or data hotspot). If your local grid goes down, your 3-hour shift cannot be missed.
