- US Market Expert: Minimum 2+ years experience editing for US-based YouTube, TikTok, or IG. Must provide client accounts and performance metrics.
- Cultural Fluency: You "get" US internet culture, humor, and visual language.
- The "Viral" Formula: Deep understanding of Hook, Body, and CTA.
- Data-Driven Optimizer: Analyze data, see where people drop off, and adjust edits.
- AI Tool Integration: Proficient in AI (ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney, etc.) for scripts, hooks, and data analysis.
- Strategic Logic: Ability to deconstruct viral videos, create SOPs, and build logical prompts.

- Trial Phase: Paid trial period (1 month or a set number of videos).
- Budget: $5 - $8 per hour (Negotiable based on your experience and proven track record).
- Long-term: Transition into long-term collaboration and content planning as our lead video strategist.
