We are looking for a creative Social Media Manager and Video Editor who can create the high-end, elegant, and authentic content style of Kelsie
We absolutely love her style. We will of course add our own twist on things, but this is a goal in terms of quality to strive for.
Our goal is to produce "Quiet Luxury" real estate content that builds trust and showcases properties with a minimalist, professional aesthetic. You will be responsible for taking raw footage and turning it into scroll-stopping Reels, Carousels, and Stories.
Responsibilities:
Video Editing: Create 2-3 Reels per week. Edits must be clean, avoid "over-the-top" transitions, and focus on high-quality color grading (airy/warm aesthetic).
Graphic Design: Design minimalist Instagram Carousels and property highlight graphics using Canva.
Copywriting: Write captions that sound professional yet personal—focusing on "Authenticity" over "Salesy" language.
Trend Monitoring: Identify trending audios that fit a luxury/lifestyle niche (not just what's popular, but what's classy).
Engagement: Optimize posts with relevant SEO keywords for real estate (e.g., [Your City] Real Estate, Luxury Living).
Required Skills:
Expert in CapCut: Deep knowledge of keyframes, masking, and clean text overlays.
Expert in Canva: Ability to work with high-end typography and minimalist layouts.
Color Grading: Experience using Lightroom or Premiere Pro to create a consistent "vibe" across all video content.
Portfolio Requirement: You MUST provide examples of real estate or luxury lifestyle content you have edited.
Software Proficiency Needed:
CapCut (Mobile & Desktop)
Canva
Adobe Lightroom (for Video/Photo color consistency)
Instagram/TikTok Native Editors
Bonus: Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro
Salary: A per job/reel basis with agreed upon $ amount or per hour basis. Bonus available based on views/engagement metrics.
