JOB OVERVIEW

We operate multiple high-growth ecommerce brands in the healthcare niche, powered by performance-driven marketing and conversion-focused creative.

We're looking for a high-level video editor who can merge UGC storytelling with the structure and psychology of short-form VSLs. Your edits will directly drive revenue through cold traffic ads on Meta, TikTok, and YouTube.

???? What You’ll Be Doing
- Editing 30 sec – 3 min ad creatives for Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube
- Blending UGC-style delivery with direct-response pacing and structure
- Crafting strong hooks, mid-video pivots, and CTA-heavy closings
- Adding subtitles, jump cuts, dynamic zooms, overlays, and pattern interrupts
- Working with raw talking-head footage, testimonials, product demos, and scripted UGC
- Sourcing UGC creators or AI-generated visuals when needed

? You’re a Fit If You:
- Have 2+ years experience editing direct-response ads or ecommerce content
- Understand conversion psychology, AIDA, and short-form retention tactics
- Know how to edit natively for platform (TikTok, Meta, YouTube)
- Turn raw content into high-performance, high-CTR creatives
- Use Adobe Premiere, Final Cut, or CapCut Pro
- Can consistently deliver on tight turnarounds (1–2 days per video)
- Bonus: Experience directing or scripting “UGC-style” actors
