JOB OVERVIEW

Are you a seasoned Digital Marketing operator who thrives on ownership, fast-paced execution, and getting things done without being micromanaged? If you take pride in running tight fulfillment operations, keeping contractors on track, and driving client campaigns across the finish line independently, we want you on our team.

We are looking for a sharp, results-driven Fulfillment Coordinator with at least 4 years of digital marketing experience. You will oversee client onboarding, manage independent contractors in ClickUp, and drive execution across SEO/AEO, Google Business Profile (GBP) optimization, and paid advertising campaigns.

You will not be babysat. You will be given clear performance targets, authority over project workflows, and the freedom to execute.

Who You Are:
Proven Marketer (4+ Years Required): You know the ins and outs of Digital Marketing—specifically SEO, AI Engine Optimization (AEO), GBP management, and digital ad campaigns.

A High-Urgency Operator: You hate friction and waiting around. You keep independent contractors accountable and ensure deadlines are met ahead of schedule.

Master of ClickUp: You build, manage, and optimize project boards effortlessly. You default to process, structure, and action.

Proactive Problem Solver: When a project hits a bottleneck, you figure it out or map out solutions before bringing it to leadership.

Direct Communicator: You communicate clearly, concisely, and transparently—both with contractors and during client onboarding.

What You Will Do:
Client Onboarding: Lead and execute seamless onboarding for new clients, setting clear expectations and kicking off deliverables immediately.

Project & Campaign Fulfillment: Oversee end-to-end execution of SEO/AEO, GBP optimization, and advertising campaigns to ensure high quality and timely delivery.

Contractor Management: Direct, assign, and manage daily deliverables for independent contractors inside ClickUp.

Process & Workflow Optimization: Audit current fulfillment flows, proactively identify bottlenecks, and refine systems to increase throughput.

Requirements:
Minimum 4 years of professional experience in Digital Marketing agency operations or project management.

Deep tactical understanding of SEO, AEO (AI Engine Optimization), GBP optimization, and paid media workflows.

Advanced expertise in ClickUp (building task dependencies, automations, and tracking dashboards).

Track record of managing contractors and holding remote teams accountable to tight timelines.

Excellent written and spoken English skills.
