We don’t need a "helper"; we need a leader to take full ownership of our fleet maintenance. Your job is simple but demanding: Ensure our vehicles are 100% road-ready and our maintenance team (mechanics/inspectors) hits every deadline. No excuses.

Your Command:
Oversee the Entire Lifecycle: You own the maintenance process from the
Drive Accountability: You manage the mechanics and inspectors. If they are behind, you get them back on track.
Execute the Plan: Coordinate repairs, monitor performance, and ensure every task is done to our high standard.
Solve Problems: When a vehicle goes down, you find the fastest path to getting it back to our members.
Requirements:
Assertive Communication: You can handle tough conversations with technicians.
Systems Expert: You must be proficient in fleet software (Fleetio experience is a massive plus).
Decisive: You don't wait to be told what to do; you see the gap and fill it.
The No-Go List:
If you need your hand held, do not apply.
If you struggle with giving direct feedback, do not apply.
If you are not comfortable using technology to track every bolt and oil change, do not apply.
