About Us

We are a growing digital agency working with multiple brands across e-commerce, marketing, and content. We’re looking for an exceptionally skilled AI video and image creator who is already operating at a high level and stays ahead of the curve with the latest AI tools and workflows.

This role is not for beginners or hobbyists. We’re looking for someone who already produces professional, client-ready results using modern AI systems.

Role Overview

You’ll be responsible for creating high-quality AI-generated videos and images for:

Client marketing campaigns

Social media ads and organic content

Website visuals and product imagery

Internal agency projects and experiments

You should be able to take a concept or brief and independently execute, delivering polished visuals that meet commercial standards.

Required Skills & Experience

You must have strong, hands-on experience with current AI tools, including but not limited to:

AI Video Tools

Runway

Pika

Luma

Kling

Sora (if access available)

Other emerging video-generation platforms

AI Image Tools

Midjourney

Stable Diffusion (local or cloud)

DALL·E

Flux or similar advanced models

Core Capabilities

Advanced prompting (structure, style control, consistency)

Image-to-video and video-to-video workflows

Character and style consistency across assets

Upscaling, refinement, and post-processing

Understanding of brand guidelines and visual direction

Ability to iterate quickly based on feedback

Bonus (not required but highly valued):

Photoshop / After Effects / Premiere or similar

Experience creating ad creatives

Familiarity with e-commerce or agency workflows
