Are you a true GoHighLevel master who lives and breathes workflows, snapshots, and SaaS mode? We are looking for a highly technical, strategic GoHighLevel Expert with a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience to lead our platform architecture, client onboarding, and complex automation builds.
If you know the difference between a trigger link and a custom value, understand how to build scalable snapshots, and can troubleshoot A2P 10DLC compliance in your sleep, we want you on our team.
The Role
As our Senior GHL Expert, you will be the technical backbone of our CRM and marketing automation operations. You will not just be building basic funnels; you will be architecting complex, multi-step workflows, integrating third-party tools via webhooks and APIs, and ensuring our white-labeled SaaS offering runs flawlessly for our clients.
You will take ownership of the entire GHL ecosystem, from initial sub-account setup and domain configuration to deploying advanced AI chatbots and database reactivation campaigns. We need a problem-solver who can translate business goals into seamless, automated technical solutions.
Key Responsibilities
We expect our GHL Expert to handle high-level technical execution and strategic planning. Your primary duties will include:
Platform Architecture & Snapshots: Designing, building, and maintaining master snapshots that can be deployed across dozens of client sub-accounts. You will utilize custom values, custom fields, and smart lists to ensure scalable, error-free onboarding.
Advanced Automation & Workflows: Architecting complex workflows for lead nurturing, appointment booking (round-robin and collective), missed call text-back, and automated review requests. You must be proficient in using if/else logic, wait steps, and inbound/outbound webhooks.
Technical Setup & Compliance: Managing the unglamorous but critical backend tasks. This includes configuring LC
Funnels & Integrations: Building high-converting, two-step sales funnels and landing pages. You will also connect GHL to external platforms using Zapier, Make (Integromat), Pabbly, or native APIs to ensure data flows seamlessly between systems.

Note: If you mention the legacy "Triggers" tab, or if you tell us you use ClickFunnels and ActiveCampaign instead of building natively in GHL, your application will be instantly rejected.
