Job Overview
As a Virtual Assistant, you’ll help with our Customer Experience & Operations.

Responsibilities
- Schedule patient calls and answer questions by phone, email, and chat about our procedures
- Follow up with interested patients who haven’t booked, and stay with them through the full journey
- Handle back-office work including medical billing, patient health history, and surgical reports
- Support special projects that drive revenue or keep operations organized
