JOB OVERVIEW

We are a U.S.-based healthcare staffing agency seeking a dependable and confident Virtual Assistant to support our client lead generation and cold-calling efforts.
This is a client outreach position. Your primary responsibility will be researching healthcare facilities, contacting potential clients, identifying the appropriate staffing contact, and documenting information for a follow up.


RESPONSIBILITIES
• Research healthcare facilities and identify appropriate contacts, including Directors of Nursing, Administrators, Schedulers/Staffing Coordinators, HR/Talent Acquisition leaders, and vendor-management contacts.
• Make professional outbound calls to healthcare facilities using provided scripts and talking points.
• Obtain and verify decision-maker names, titles, phone numbers, and email addresses.
• Leave professional voicemails when appropriate.
• Send approved introductory or follow-up emails when instructed.
• Complete follow-up calls as assigned.
• Document calls, conversations, contact information, notes, follow-up dates, and next actions in the company CRM.
• Provide a brief daily progress report.
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE
• Healthcare staffing or staffing-agency experience.
• B2B cold-calling or lead-generation experience.
• Experience contacting healthcare facilities or business decision-makers.
• Familiarity with U.S. healthcare organizations.
• CRM experience.
• Strong online research skills.
• Healthcare staffing experience is preferred.


REQUIREMENTS
• Clear and professional spoken English.
• Comfortable making outbound calls to U.S. businesses.
• Professional and friendly phone presence.
• Ability to communicate naturally rather than simply reading a script.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Dependable and organized.
• Ability to accurately document conversations.
• Reliable computer and high-speed internet.
• Reliable headset with clear audio.
• Ability to follow instructions and accept coaching.


SCHEDULE
Part-time — 20 hours per week
Monday–Friday, approximately 4 hours per day.
Must be available during U.S. Eastern and Central business hours.
PAY
Starting rate: $3.00 USD per hour during a 60-day probationary period.
Upon successful completion of the 60-day probationary period, the hourly rate will increase to
