The Healthcare Recruiter focuses on our contingent staffing division. You will recruit and place clinical professionals in full-time, part-time, hourly, contract, and per-shift roles across a range of client facilities and care settings. You will own the full recruiting cycle, from sourcing and screening through client-specific onboarding and placement.
Each client has its own requirements, settings, and onboarding process, so you will need to track them carefully. You will work closely with Scheduling, Clinical Coordination, and HR to fill open shifts and contracts quickly and keep every clinician compliant. Prior recruiting experience in healthcare or medical staffing is required, and contingent staffing experience is preferred.

• Staff a range of client settings, such as hospitals, long-term care, assisted living, home health, and outpatient clinics
