JOB OVERVIEW

About the Role

We provide pharmacy consulting services to ambulatory surgery centers (ASCs) and are looking for a remote assistant to help support our pharmacist and consulting work.

We are a small, close-knit company and are looking for someone who wants to become a long-term part of our team. This is not intended to be a short-term or temporary gig.

Who We're Looking For

Ideally, you have experience with quality assurance, compliance, auditing, accreditation, or quality control in a hospital, surgery center, clinic, or other medical setting.

A specific medical degree is not required. We are much more interested in someone who has experience with this type of work and enjoys it.

Responsibilities
Research healthcare guidelines, regulations, and updates
Help keep track of compliance requirements and reports
Follow up on schedules, outstanding items, and payments
Organize documents and information for our facilities
Assist our pharmacist with various administrative and research tasks
What We're Looking For

Someone who is organized, detail-oriented, good at online research, and able to work independently. We value someone who takes ownership of their work, follows through, and is looking for a stable, long-term position with a small team.
