Role Overview
We’re looking for a Sales Outreach Specialist to connect with medical providers and practices across the country, introduce them to Arbora’s platform, and drive top-of-funnel growth. You’ll research and identify prospects, craft tailored outreach messages, and book qualified meetings for our sales team.
What You’ll Do
- Research and identify target healthcare practices
- Execute high-volume, high-quality
- Build meaningful relationships with practice managers, billers, and revenue leaders
- Track and optimize outreach performance using spreadsheets and Linear
What We’re Looking For
- 1–3 years of experience in sales outreach, SDR/BDR, or healthcare business development
- Strong written communication and persistence
- Familiarity with healthcare or RCM is a big plus
- Driven, organized, and excited to work in a fast-moving startup
