We are a mental healthcare support organization seeking a professional and articulate Telecaller to handle client communication and administrative support, with the potential to grow into a team lead role managing end-to-end operations.
Shift: 11:30 AM - 3:30 PM EST
(Shift timings may vary on weekends and are subject to change based on operational requirements)
Key Responsibilities:
-Contact US-based clients to verify Medicaid insurance details.
-Handle both inbound and outbound client calls effectively.
-Convert qualified leads into active clients.
-Maintain and update records in Google Sheets.
-Leverage AI tools to streamline workflows and improve efficiency.
-Demonstrate potential to lead the team end-to-end as the role evolves.
-Knowledge of Google Sheets formulas/App Script is a plus (Optional).
Requirements:
-Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
-Able to manage both calling tasks and administrative duties.
-Comfortable working the specified EST shifts (with flexibility as timings may vary).
-Familiarity with AI tools and a proactive approach to using technology.
-Leadership potential with the ability to manage inbound and outbound operations independently.
