We are seeking a reliable and experienced Digital Marketing Virtual Assistant based in the Philippines to support our paid advertising, social media, and content execution.
Position Overview
The Digital Marketing Virtual Assistant will manage and support both paid and organic digital marketing initiatives across multiple platforms. This role requires strong written and spoken English, excellent organization, attention to detail, and the ability to create clear content instructions for U.S.-based clinic teams to follow when filming or taking photos.
This is a part-time, long-term role for someone who can work independently and collaborate closely with our internal team.
Key Responsibilities
Paid Advertising (Google Ads)
Create, manage, update, and optimize Google Ads campaigns
Monitor performance metrics (CTR, conversions, spend, ROI)
Track results and provide clear performance updates and insights
Social Media Management (Organic)
Create, edit, schedule, and publish organic content across:
Instagram
Facebook
TikTok
YouTube
LinkedIn
Ensure content aligns with brand voice and healthcare professionalism
Monitor engagement and report trends or opportunities
Content Planning & Direction
Plan and maintain a monthly content calendar
Create clear filming and photo instructions aligned with the content calendar for clinic teams, including:
What to film or photograph
Talking points or scripts
Video length and format
Framing, angles, and basic lighting guidance
File naming and submission instructions
Coordinate content needs with internal teams and follow up as needed
Reporting & Performance Tracking
Track social media and campaign performance
Input data into reports and dashboards
Identify top-performing content and recommend improvements
Online Reputation & Messaging
Respond to Google reviews in professional, brand-approved English
Monitor and respond to messages and comments on social media platforms
Route patient inquiries or sensitive messages to the appropriate internal tea
Required Qualifications
Strong written and spoken English (this is required)
Proven experience in digital marketing or social media management
Hands-on experience with Google Ads
Experience creating social media content calendars
Ability to write clear, step-by-step instructions for non-marketing staff
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with U.S.-based clients
Experience in healthcare, wellness, or service-based industries
Familiarity with social media scheduling tools
Basic understanding of video content best practices for Reels, Shorts, and TikTok
