About CareWell Diagnostix

CareWell Diagnostix is a growing Australian diagnostic imaging organisation operating multiple clinics across Melbourne.

We are looking for a highly creative and experienced Healthcare Content Creator, Graphic Designer & Video Editor to help strengthen our brand and produce professional, engaging and educational content for our patients, referrers and community.

This is not a basic Canva-only position.

We are looking for someone who can take an idea or brief and turn it into high-quality written, graphic and video content appropriate for an Australian healthcare organisation.

What You Will Create

You will help us produce:

Social media graphics and carousels
Instagram/Facebook/LinkedIn content
Reels and short-form videos
Video editing and subtitles/captions
Patient education content
Diagnostic imaging educational content
Referrer/GP communication material
Clinic promotional material
Flyers, brochures and posters
Website and landing-page content

Email/newsletter content
Recruitment and employer-branding material
Clinic announcements and campaigns
Presentation graphics and internal communication material
Content calendars and campaign ideas
Graphic Design Skills

You should be highly capable with tools such as:

Adobe Photoshop
Adobe Illustrator
Canva Pro
Adobe InDesign or equivalent

You must understand branding, typography, visual hierarchy, layout and consistency.

We want clean, premium and trustworthy healthcare design — not overcrowded templates.

Video Creation & Editing

You should be able to:

Edit professional short-form videos and Reels
Turn raw clinic footage into polished content
Add captions, graphics, transitions and appropriate audio
Create educational videos from supplied information
Repurpose longer videos into multiple short pieces of content
Optimise videos for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and other platforms
Work with Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut or equivalent professional tools
Content Writing

Strong written English is essential.

You should be able to write content that is:

Clear, warm, professional, educational and appropriate for an Australian healthcare audience.

You should understand that healthcare marketing requires a much higher level of care than ordinary social-media content.

You must be comfortable researching a topic from authorised and reliable sources, following our approval process, and never inventing clinical claims or presenting unverified medical information as fact.

Final clinical/medical content may require approval from CareWell's authorised clinical team before publication.

Healthcare Marketing Experience

Previous experience producing content for any of the following will be highly regarded:

Radiology / diagnostic imaging
Medical clinics
Allied health
Dental
Hospitals
Specialist practices
Australian healthcare organisations

Knowledge of the Australian healthcare environment and experience working within healthcare advertising/compliance requirements would be a significant advantage.

The Person We Are Looking For

We want someone who is:

Creative, proactive, organised, detail-oriented and accountable.

You should not need management to tell you exactly where every word, image and graphic should go.

If we give you a topic such as:

“Why might your doctor request an ultrasound?”

we want you to be capable of researching the approved information, proposing the content angle, writing the copy, creating the graphics/video, presenting it for approval and making revisions based on feedback.
