JOB OVERVIEW

Healthy Minds in Harmony is seeking a proactive Healthcare Business Development & Partnerships VA to help grow a psychiatric medication-management practice through referral partnerships, facility contracts, grant/RFP research, outreach, and digital visibility.

Responsibilities include identifying and contacting decision-makers at primary care practices, therapy groups, fertility/OB-GYN clinics, law offices, recovery programs, sober living homes, skilled nursing facilities, transitional housing programs, and other behavioral-health organizations. The VA will maintain a lead tracker/CRM, conduct approved email and LinkedIn outreach, follow up with prospects, help schedule partnership meetings, and research retainer opportunities for recurring psychiatric services.

Additional duties include identifying grants, RFPs, and funding opportunities; supporting social media visibility; and using AI tools such as ChatGPT for research, outreach personalization, content development, and workflow support.

The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, comfortable with healthcare outreach and lead generation, and able to report measurable weekly results such as qualified leads, follow-ups, meetings scheduled, partnership opportunities, and grants identified.
