JOB OVERVIEW

We are a mental healthcare support organization looking for a professional and articulate Telecaller to handle client communication and administrative support, with the potential to grow into a Team Lead role managing end-to-end operations.

Shift: 7:00 PM – 4:00 AM EST, Monday to Friday
(Shift timings may vary and are subject to change based on operational requirements)

Key Responsibilities:
-Contact US-based clients to verify Medicaid insurance details.
-Handle both inbound and outbound client calls.
-Convert qualified leads into active clients.
-Maintain and update records in Google Sheets.
-Use AI tools to streamline workflows and improve efficiency.
-Show potential to lead the team end-to-end as the role grows.
-Knowledge of Google Sheets formulas/App Script is a plus (optional).

Requirements:
-Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
-Able to handle both calling tasks and admin duties.
-Familiar with AI tools and proactive about using technology.
-Leadership potential — able to manage calling operations independently.
