JOB OVERVIEW

We are a fast-growing women’s health and supplement brand generating approximately $700k/month across Amazon, TikTok Shop, Shopify, and Walmart.

We’re looking for an experienced Head of Supply Chain and Logistics to own inventory planning, manufacturing coordination, logistics, and cost optimization.

Part-time: 20 hours/week, with the opportunity to transition to full-time within the next few months.

Responsibilities

- Build inventory forecasts and purchasing plans based on different growth scenarios
- Plan manufacturing orders and ingredient requirements
- Manage purchase orders and supplier timelines
- Analyze cash flow required to support inventory and growth
- Allocate inventory between Amazon, TikTok Shop, Walmart, Shopify, and 3PL warehouses
- Coordinate logistics from manufacturers to fulfillment centers
- Source labels, packaging, and other materials
- Identify opportunities to reduce manufacturing, storage, and transportation costs
- Work with customer support to improve fulfillment processes, including lost package handling

Who We’re Looking For

- At least 3 years of experience working with e-commerce brands generating $10M+ in monthly revenue
- Strong experience with inventory planning, supply chain, manufacturing, and 3PLs
- Experience primarily in the US market
- Strong analytical and spreadsheet skills
- Experience with Amazon, TikTok Shop, Walmart, Shopify, supplements, or similar consumer products is a plus
- Strong English communication skills
