We run a high-growth online platform that turns web traffic into paying customers through a mix of live sales reps and AI-assisted workflows. We're doing six figures monthly and scaling fast. We're looking for a Head of Sales to own our entire live sales function- the team, the systems, and the numbers. You'll report directly to the founder.
You'll lead a team of sales reps handling live customer conversations. Your mandate is simple: make the team better, make the operation bigger, and push the numbers up. Specifically, you will:
- Hire, train, schedule, and hold reps accountable
- Own the full conversation-to-conversion funnel — from first message to paid customer
- Analyze conversation logs, build scripts and playbooks, and drive conversion rates up week over week
- Scale the team as traffic grows without sacrificing conversion quality
- Track and report key metrics: conversion rate, revenue per rep, response times, conversations handled
- Build SOPs and training materials so new hires ramp quickly
- Coordinate with the marketing team on traffic volume, audience quality, and timing
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years leading a sales or customer-facing team (management experience required)
- You think in KPIs, not vibes - decisions backed by data
- Strong written English
- You build systems and enforce them
- Comfortable with remote async tools
- Available for set working hours - this is a real full-time role, not freelance

Compensation
