JOB OVERVIEW

We're Madam Muse, a fast-growing women's wireless bra and apparel brand — customers are women aged 45–65 in the US, UK and Canada. We're scaling fast and looking for a experienced Head of Product to own our product range end to end.

You'll own what we sell, how good it is, and whether it's in stock — working directly with the founders with real ownership.

What you'll own:
• Spot winning products before everyone else — research and validate new opportunities with proven demand and clear white space. We don't copy competitors, we make it 10× better.
• Fit & sizing (our #1 priority) — use our returns and review data to fix fit and cut returns; own our size charts across bras and underwear.
• Improve our existing products — quality, materials, construction, durability, packaging.
• Manufacturers — talk to factories (China) weekly; negotiate price, MOQ, lead times, terms; hold them accountable; own product margin and landed cost.
• Never stock out — forecast demand per size/colour and reorder on time (our production lead time is 15–20 days) so best-sellers never run out.
• Samples & quality control — request, test and evaluate samples; arrange inspections before every bulk order ships.
• Customer feedback — turn reviews, returns and support tickets into clear factory improvement requests.
• Coordination — specs, SKUs, colours, packaging; help organize photoshoots; handle trademarks, patents and compliance with external specialists (and watch for copycats).

What we're looking for
• Real product research / development experience for an e-commerce brand — Amazon FBA / private-label strongly preferred
• Confident negotiating and managing Chinese manufacturers (Alibaba / 1688)
• Commercial mindset — you think in demand, margin and differentiation
• Strong with spreadsheets, sales data and customer feedback
• Excellent written English, extremely organized, and genuinely proactive — you take ownership without being told
• Bonus: bras, apparel, shapewear, textiles, sizing, packaging

Success in your first 12 months
• A steady pipeline of validated new products
• Zero stockouts on our best-sellers
• Return/exchange rates going down
• Product quality up and margins improved
• Factories held accountable, deliveries on schedule

Long-term, full-time role with real ownership and room to grow. We treat great people very well.

HOW TO APPLY

1. Start your message with the word "GROW" so we know you read this.
2. In a few sentences: tell us ONE product you'd add to a wireless-bra brand for women 45–65, and why it would sell.
3. Share ONE product you've sourced or developed before and the result (sales, margin, or what you improved).
4. Applications that skip these steps won't be considered.
