We are now expanding our platform management capabilities to include Google Ads and Meta
This is a business-critical hire and a foundational leadership role within our organization.
You will not simply manage campaigns — you will help build and lead this new division.
***The Role***
We are looking for a Head of Paid Media who can step into an oversight and leadership position responsible for:
+ Improving performance across Google and Meta campaigns
+ Managing and directing existing tea
+ Designing scalable internal processes and SOPs
+ Building the operational structure for long-term growth
+ Reporting directly to the CEO on performance and strategy
Initially, the immediate focus will be on Google Ads performance, with a structured expansion into Meta Ads.
Over time, this role is expected to evolve into ownership of our agency's Paid Media division.
This is a role for someone who wants to wear a strategic leadership hat, not just execute tasks.

+ Strong English communication and reporting skills
