You will be responsible for running outbound
This is a hands-on BDR role with ownership over outbound campaign performance.
Key Responsibilities
Build, launch, and manage outbound
Manage
Write and test outbound
Manage prospect targeting and lead lists aligned with our ICP
Monitor campaign performance including open rates, reply rates, and meetings booked
Respond to inbound replies and qualify prospects
Schedule meetings for the sales team
Continuously test and optimize messaging, subject lines, and campaign structure
Maintain CRM tracking and reporting on outbound pipeline performance
Work closely with leadership to refine outbound strategy and messaging
Requirements
2–5+ years of experience in outbound sales, SDR/BDR, or cold
Hands-on experience running outbound campaigns with tools like Instantly, Smartlead, Apollo, or similar
Strong understanding of cold
Proven ability to generate meetings from cold outreach
Strong written communication and cold
Highly organized and data-driven
Working shift will be EST
Nice to Have
Experience selling logistics, fulfillment, SaaS, or eCommerce services
Experience sourcing and enriching outbound prospect lists
Familiarity with LinkedIn outreach and multi-channel outbound strategies
