This role is ideal for someone with strong commercial instincts, leadership experience, and hands-on marketplace expertise. You will be responsible for driving revenue growth, managing marketplace operations, and leading strategy across multiple platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Defining vision, setting priorities, and driving growth across online marketplaces.
- Own overall marketplace strategy and performance (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, and future platforms)
- Drive sales growth, profitability, and market share.
- Plan and execute campaigns, promotions, and product launches.
- Optimize product listings, pricing, and assortment.
- Analyze sales data, traffic, and conversion metrics to improve performance.
- Manage marketplace operations including inventory coordination, order fulfillment, logistics, returns, and customer service.
- Monitor competitors and marketplace trends.
- Ensure compliance with marketplace policies and standards.
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to optimize demand, funnels, and conversions while scaling livestream, affiliate, and KOL/KOC commerce.
- Oversee forecasting, performance tracking, and executive-level reporting.
- Communication with Key Account Managers.
- Leading PH team, collaborating with other multicultural teams, and managing external partners.
Qualifications:
- 3 - 5 years proven experience in E-commerce Marketplace Management (e.g., Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop) or roles as E-commerce Manager or Marketplace Manager.
- Background in fast-growing or high-volume e-commerce businesses.
- Strong understanding of online sales, promotions, and analytics.
- Knowledge of paid ads within marketplaces (Shopee Ads, Lazada Ads, TikTok Ads).
- Proficient in Google Workspace (especially Google sheets) and Excel. Managing large datasets, utilizing advanced formulas (e.g., VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables), and generating performance reports.
- Experience managing multiple SKUs and campaigns.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Data-driven mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
