JOB TITLE: Head of Finance Data and Reporting

ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a strategic and detail-driven Head of Finance Data and Reporting to lead financial data consolidation, reporting, and analysis across our multi-platform e-commerce operations.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Consolidate transactions across multiple bank accounts and entities
Build management reports and dashboards (revenue, costs, profitability, cash flow)
Normalize financials across business lines (e-commerce, online courses, China warehouse, affiliate)
Lead Odoo implementation and automate reporting processes
Partner with leadership to support growth and investment decisions

REQUIREMENTS
3–5 years of bookkeeping or accounting experience, preferably in e-commerce
Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero, or similar)
Experience with e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Amazon, eBay) and payment processors
Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills
Knowledge of VAT/sales tax regulations across multiple jurisdictions
Odoo experience is a big plus
