## About the Role
We are a rising high-fashion label with a strong luxury DNA (Ibiza & Palma). We are looking for a driven, creative and ambitious young professional to take full ownership of our e-commerce universe.

This is a true high-fashion role: you will shape the digital presence of a luxury brand, create editorial-level visuals, build exclusive concierge networks and drive growth with precision and style. Not a freelance gig, not a side job — this is your chance to become the central force behind a fashion brand on the rise.

## Key Requirements (Mandatory)
- Full-time dedication (8 hours per day) with real passion for high fashion
- No other jobs, freelance clients or parallel activities — we want your full creative energy
- Direct reporting to the founders
- Immediate real-time responsiveness during working hours
- Occasional weekend availability when campaigns or drops demand it

As the brand grows, you will build and lead your own team of creatives and operators.

## Core Responsibilities

### 1. Shopify Management & Luxury Sales Optimization
- End-to-end Shopify management (online + POS)
- Create high-end product pages with luxury copywriting and visual storytelling
- Merchandising, upsell/cross-sell and conversion optimization at the highest level

### 2. High-Fashion Campaigns & Growth
- Build and execute campaigns for Ibiza, Palma and our exclusive concierge channels
- Design dedicated landing pages that feel like editorial fashion stories

### 3. Concierge Network Development (Key Luxury Channel)
- Identify and onboard top concierges in hotels, yachts, private clubs and VIP services
- Create personalized luxury landing pages and tracking systems
- Grow this high-touch revenue channel within the most exclusive circles

### 4. AI-Driven Content Creation & Editorial Visuals
- Generate stunning high-fashion lookbooks and model visuals with AI
- Create packshots, short-form video content and luxury mood imagery
- Edit with Canva / Photoshop and add sophisticated fashion-tone overlays

### 5. ERP & Shopify Synchronization (Critical)
- Daily stock control and instant resolution of discrepancies
- Seamless flow: 3PL ? Ibiza ? Palma stores

### 6. Operations, Logistics & Customer Experience
- Daily order flow, shipping and returns with brand-aligned luxury service

### 7. Performance & Reporting
- Weekly high-level sales & channel reports
- Data-driven action plans to elevate the brand

- You live and breathe high fashion and luxury culture
- Proven Shopify expertise + solid ERP experience (mandatory)
- Sharp operational mind combined with strong creative and commercial flair
- Fast, precise and highly responsive — you get things done beautifully
- You have an eye for aesthetics and understand what makes a fashion brand desirable

## Required Tools

- Landing page builders (Pagefly, Zeno or similar)

## Compensation
Competitive full-time base salary + **generous commission** on e-commerce sales and concierge network performance.
