Head of Customer Experience & Retention

We're looking for someone who doesn't just send emails.
We're looking for someone who wants to build the entire customer experience.
You will own everything that happens after a customer purchases.
This includes:
• Customer onboarding
• Email marketing
• SMS marketing
• Subscription retention
• Customer education
• Customer journey mapping
• Customer experience
• Klaviyo
• Shopify
• Recharge
• Reviews
• Referral programs
• Customer loyalty
You will work directly with the founder to create one of the best customer experiences in ecommerce.
This is NOT a typical VA position.
You will have ownership.
You will help shape the future of the company.
Requirements
Advanced Klaviyo experience
Shopify experience
Subscription ecommerce experience
Strong copywriting
Excellent English
Strong analytical skills
Experience increasing customer lifetime value
Experience reducing churn
Ability to think strategically, not just execute tasks
Highly organized
Loves solving customer problems
