Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced, highly creative Head of AI Photos & Creative Design to lead all visual content creation. You will be responsible for producing high-quality AI-generated on-model photos, product photos, and creative social media assets including Reels, Instagram posts, Pinterest content, and website imagery. You will help establish and maintain our brand aesthetic across all platforms.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

???? Generate high-quality AI photos — on-model lifestyle images, product photos (especially rings and jewelry), and styled visuals that align with our brand.
???? Create engaging social content designs for:
• Instagram Reels
• Feed posts
• Pinterest pins
• Stories & carousel graphics
???? Edit, refine, and enhance visuals to ensure top-tier quality.
???? Post and organize content across platforms (website, IG, Pinterest, etc.) with consistency.
???? Develop creative concepts and visual storytelling ideas to drive engagement and conversions.
???? Collaborate closely with marketing to ensure visuals support campaigns and brand direction.

Ideal Qualifications

? Strong experience with AI image generation tools (e.g., Midjourney, Leonardo, DALL-E, etc.)
? Proficient in graphic design and photo editing (Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, etc.)
? Background in creative social media content (Reels, IG posts, Pinterest design)
? Excellent sense of composition, lighting, styling, and brand aesthetic
? Ability to consistently deliver high-quality visuals with creativity and detail
? Strong time-management skills and ability to meet deadlines
? Experience with e-commerce visuals a plus (especially jewelry or fashion)
