JOB OVERVIEW

Service Robot Co. is a commercial robotics company. We deploy and service robots (cleaning, delivery, security, and more) for businesses across the United States. We're growing fast, and we're looking for our Head Marketer: one sharp, full-time person to own how we look, how we sound, and how we grow.

This is a broad, hands-on role for someone who can do real work, not just manage it. You're great with a computer, you can design things that look genuinely good, and you're comfortable talking to people, because marketing and sales sit close together here.

What you'll own:
- Design: our brand, social graphics, the website's look, ads, and anything that needs to look sharp. You make things, fast.
- Content & social: post consistently across LinkedIn and other channels, build our voice, grow our following.
- Sales support: hop on calls, help with outreach, and talk to prospects clearly and confidently. You're not just behind the screen.
- Growth: help us reach more of the right businesses, and measure what's working.

Who you are:
- Strong designer: you have a portfolio and an eye. This is the core skill.
- Genuinely great with a computer: you learn tools fast and live in software all day.
- Excellent spoken and written English: you'll be on calls and writing for a US audience; clear, confident communication is essential.
- Self-directed: you can take a goal and run with it without being told each step.
- A plus (not required): experience with AI tools. If you already use AI to move faster, great, but we'll teach you.

The details:
- Full-time, fully remote.
- Based outside the US (we especially welcome applicants from Pakistan, India, and the Philippines).
- Real ownership: you're our first marketing hire and you'll shape the whole function.
