JOB OVERVIEW

About the Role
We are hiring a Head Amazon VA / Sourcing Operator to take ownership of our Amazon sourcing operations. This role is ideal for someone who can work independently, analyze profitable products, communicate with suppliers, and help maintain consistent inventory flow.

This is not just an admin role — we’re looking for someone who can think like a mini operations manager and contribute to the growth of the business.

What You’ll Be Responsible For:
- Product sourcing and lead generation for Amazon
- Supplier outreach and wholesale account setup
- Catalog and product profitability analysis
- Inventory monitoring and replenishment coordination
- Managing sourcing trackers and operational workflows
- Communicating with suppliers and distributors
- Supporting general Amazon sourcing operations

Requirements
- Previous Amazon VA, product sourcing, or e-commerce experience
- Familiarity with Keepa, SellerAmp, or similar sourcing tools
- Strong written English communication skills
- Ability to analyze product profitability and margins
- Strong attention to detail and organization
- Ability to work independently and take ownership

Compensation
- Starting rate: $4/hour
- 2-week paid trial period
- Opportunity to increase to $6–$8/hour based on performance
