Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive HR Virtual Assistant (VA) to support our healthcare recruiting efforts. In this role, you will play a key part in identifying, engaging, and helping onboard qualified healthcare professionals for our growing telehealth platform.
You will assist with candidate outreach, screening coordination, and pipeline management, while also supporting various administrative and backend tasks. This is a full-time position ideal for someone with strong communication skills, attention to detail, and an interest in healthcare or recruiting.
Key Responsibilities:
Source and identify qualified healthcare professionals (e.g., therapists, counselors, psychologists)
Conduct outreach via
Manage and track candidates through the recruitment pipeline
Schedule interviews and coordinate communication between candidates and hiring managers
Maintain accurate and organized records of applicants
Assist in posting job ads and updating listings
Follow up with candidates and maintain engagement
Support onboarding processes for new contractors
Perform general administrative and backend support tasks as needed
Qualifications:
5+ years of experience as a Virtual Assistant, Recruiter, Human Resources or in a similar administrative role
3+ Experience in healthcare recruiting or Telehealth
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail) and/or similar tools
Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) or CRM tools is a plus
Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace
