Part-Time HR Assistant (Talent Acquisition for YouTube Channels)

We’re looking for an extremely organized, diligent, and proactive HR Assistant to help us recruit top-tier freelancers for our fast-growing portfolio of faceless YouTube channels.

Your Role:
You’ll be in charge of posting jobs, filtering applicants, organizing test tasks, coordinating with candidates, and making sure we only bring in A-players. If you love structured work, clear SOPs, and spotting talent fast — this is for you.

You MUST:

Be highly organized and detail-oriented

Follow instructions perfectly

Communicate clearly and professionally

Be quick, reliable, and able to manage multiple hiring pipelines

Love systems, checklists, and efficiency

Tasks Include:

Posting & updating job listings

Screening applicants based on predefined criteria

Scheduling test tasks & tracking progress

Shortlisting the best candidates

Keeping our hiring pipeline clean, transparent & fast

Assisting with onboarding

This Position Is Part-Time (Flexible but consistent hours).
