Company Introduction / Job Description:
SoHa Brands is Hawai‘i’s destination for home décor, gifts, and lifestyle products. We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Support professional to provide administrative support across recruitment, timekeeping, and employee records management in a remote environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Post job openings on Indeed and manage applicant workflows
- Upload, track, and organize applicants in Asana
- Manage and maintain the HRM system to ensure data accuracy
- Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding processes
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee files and records
- Monitor daily timesheets and weekly store hours
- Set up system and platform accounts for new hires
- Support additional HR administrative tasks and projects as assigned
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in HR or administrative support preferred
- Course in Human Resources or equivalent qualification required
- Strong organizational, documentation, and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a remote setting
