HR Specialist (Recruitment Focus)
Salary Range: PHP 30,000– PHP 45,000 per month (PH-based, remote)
Schedule: 10am to 7pm PST Monday to Friday

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Specialist to work directly under our HR Lead and help strengthen our hiring strategy and execution. This role goes beyond filling open positions — we are looking for someone who can critically analyze recruitment performance, proactively source top talent (including strategic poaching), and help refine our overall hiring approach.

This is a high-impact role designed to improve hiring quality, efficiency, and strategic alignment as we continue to grow.
Key Responsibilities
• Support full-cycle recruiting across active roles
• Proactively source and headhunt high-quality candidates
• Identify new sourcing channels and talent pipelines
• Analyze recruitment funnels and conversion metrics
• Identify gaps and recommend improvements to hiring strategies
• Partner with HR Lead on workforce planning and talent strategy
• Conduct candidate screenings and structured interviews
• Provide market insights on compensation and talent trends
Required Qualifications
• 2+ years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience
• Experience with proactive sourcing and direct outreach
• Strong critical thinking and analytical skills
• Ability to evaluate and improve recruitment processes
• Experience managing multiple open roles simultaneously
• Excellent communication and stakeholder partnership skills
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in growth-stage or scaling companies
• Experience recruiting across multiple functions

• Reduced time-to-fill across key roles
• Clear strategy improvements implemented within first 90 days
• Strong partnership with HR Lead on hiring optimization
