JOB OVERVIEW

About us
We run a remote gaming team of Filipino players who play online games
for us on assigned accounts. The team is growing, and we need one
organized person to handle recruitment, onboarding, and team
administration. You will work directly with the owner.

What you will do
- Recruitment: write job posts, screen applicants, run interviews,
and send a shortlist of qualified players
- Onboarding: collect documents, guide new players through training
using our existing handbook
- Team admin: track attendance and account assignments in Google
Sheets / Notion, follow up with inactive players
- Communication: write clear announcements and messages to the team
- Reporting: send one short weekly report with numbers (hired,
active, issues)

You do NOT need to be a gamer. We need an organized HR person who
finishes tasks on their own.

What we are looking for
- At least 1 year of HR / recruitment VA experience (you have
actually hired people online before)
- Clear written English
- Comfortable with Google Sheets, Notion, and ----------
- You can work independently: you get a goal and a deadline, and
you d ---------- how to reach it
- Own computer, stable inteower or
internet outages
- Responsive on weekdays between 9 AM and 7 PM (PH time)
- Korean skill is a plus

Pay is PHP 20,000-25,000/month
There's also a performance bonus on top. This is a freelance
contract.
