# HR & Recruitment Assistant
**Excellent Spoken English Required | Remote | Long-Term**
TSG Behavioral Health & Community Services is looking for a reliable **HR & Recruitment Assistant** to help with interviewing, hiring, onboarding, and employee follow-up.
This position requires **very strong spoken and written English**. You will speak directly with U.S.-based job applicants, so you must be confident, professional, easy to understand, and comfortable leading conversations.
## Responsibilities
* Review resumes and applications
* Screen job applicants
* Conduct initial phone and video interviews
* Ask follow-up questions and identify potential concerns
* Document interview notes
* Recommend which applicants should move forward
* Schedule interviews
* Follow up with applicants
* Assist with job postings and recruiting
* Prepare onboarding documents
* Collect required employee paperwork
* Track new-hire onboarding
* Follow up with new employees
* Maintain organized HR and hiring records
* Assist leadership with general HR tasks
## Requirements
* **Excellent spoken English**
* Strong written English
* Confident speaking with U.S.-based applicants
* Professional and friendly communication style
* Strong listening skills
* Organized and dependable
* Comfortable conducting interviews
* Able to work independently
* Good judgment and attention to detail
Previous HR, recruitment, interviewing, customer service, call center, or administrative experience is preferred.
Experience working with a U.S. company is a plus.
## Schedule
Approximately **30 hours per week**
Must be available during **U.S. Eastern Time business hours**.
## Pay
**Starting Pay: $3.50 USD/hour**
This is a long-term position with the opportunity for increased responsibilities based on performance.
