We are a growing digital marketing agency looking for a proactive HR Recruiting Assistant to support our hiring efforts. You’ll help us attract top talent by posting jobs, screening candidates, and coordinating interviews across multiple platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Post job openings on various platforms, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for open positions.
Schedule interviews and coordinate communication between candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain accurate records of applicants and recruitment activities.
Assist in preparing job descriptions, offer letters, and onboarding documents.
Support general HR administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
Experience in recruitment, HR, or administrative support is preferred.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
Highly organized and detail-oriented.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and online job platforms.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
