JOB OVERVIEW

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Remote HR Recruiter to support a fast-paced environment. This role focuses on recruiting hourly tea ---------- mbers for multiple restaurant locations and managing the recruitment process from job posting through interview scheduling.

The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and experienced in high-volume recruiting. You should be comfortable managing multiple openings simultaneously while providing an excellent candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities
-Post and maintain job openings on Indeed and other approved job boards.
-Source qualified candidates for hourly front-line positions.
-Review applications and screen candidates based on job requirements.
-Communicate with applicants through phone, email, and text throughout the hiring process.
-Schedule interviews with hiring managers and coordinate interview calendars.
-Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment pipelines.
-Follow up with applicants to reduce no-shows and keep hiring moving efficiently.
-Build and maintain talent pipelines for recurring hiring needs.
-Provide regular hiring updates and communicate any recruiting challenges or trends.

Qualifications
-At least 3 years of experience in high-volume recruiting.
-Experience recruiting for retail, restaurant, hospitality, customer service, or other hourly workforce environments.
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
-Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
-Ability to manage multiple job openings in a fast-paced environment.
-Experience using Indeed Employer or similar applicant tracking systems is preferred.
-Comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment.
-Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
