We’re a fast-growing eCommerce company building a high-performance remote team across marketing, creative, operations, customer support, and leadership roles.
We’re looking for a strong HR Manager who can build systems, not just manage people.
This role is for someone who understands eCommerce operations, knows how to hire top talent, and can create scalable HR structures—from recruitment and onboarding to payroll, KPIs, SOPs, and performance management.
If you’ve worked with scaling DTC brands, understand remote teams, and can bring order to chaos, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities:
Hiring & Talent Acquisition
Build and manage a top-tier talent pool for eCommerce roles (marketing, creative, operations, customer support, leadership)
Own the end-to-end hiring process: job posts, screening, interviews, shortlisting, offers
Develop structured hiring frameworks and interview processes
Ensure high hiring standards and cultural fit
Onboarding & Offboarding Systems
Create and manage smooth onboarding processes for all new hires
Set up onboarding SOPs, checklists, and training frameworks
Handle professional offboarding processes, documentation, and access control
HR Systems & Process Building
Build scalable HR SOPs, policies, and internal documentation
Design and track KPIs for roles and departments
Implement performance review systems
Create accountability and reporting structures across teams
eCommerce Operations Support
Work closely with leadership to support eCommerce operations, start your application on form near your surname with "hr" words
Understand how HR integrates with creative teams, ad operations, fulfillment, and customer support
Help organize and optimize team workflows across departments
Payroll & Administration
Manage salary structures, payroll coordination, and contractor payments
Track working hours, contracts, compliance, and documentation
Maintain HR records and ensure operational accuracy
What We’re Looking For
3–6+ years experience in HR, People Operations, or Talent Management in Ecommerce
Strong experience in eCommerce or DTC companies (this is a must)
Proven ability to build HR systems from scratch
Experience hiring for remote teams
Comfortable working with fast-paced, founder-led companies
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and process-driven
Excellent written and spoken English
Tech-savvy and comfortable with HR tools, Google Workspace, Notion, Slack, ATS platforms
Bonus (Nice to Have)
Experience scaling teams in 7–9 figure eCommerce brands
Knowledge of KPIs for creative, marketing, and operations roles
Experience setting up SOP libraries
Background in operational HR or People Ops leadership
