JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking an experienced and people?focused Human Resources Manager to lead our HR function and support a high?performing, values?driven workplace.

The HR Manager will play a key role in shaping culture, supporting staff, and ensuring our organisation continues to grow with professionalism, clarity, and integrity.

Key Responsibilities

- Foster a positive, inclusive, and high?trust workplace culture
- Support leaders in building strong, engaged, and high?performing teams
- Lead initiatives that promote wellbeing, professional development, and retention
- Oversee end?to?end recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes
- Maintain and improve HR policies, procedures, and compliance frameworks
- Manage performance review cycles and support managers with performance conversations
- Handle employee relations matters with fairness, confidentiality, and professionalism
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation
- Oversee contracts, position descriptions, and policy updates
- Manage leave, payroll coordination, and HR reporting
