About the Role
We are looking for a highly detail-oriented, people-focused Employee Success Specialist to support a growing interior cleaning business.
This role will take ownership of the employee lifecycle—from recruiting and onboarding through ongoing employee support, performance, and payroll coordination. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, people-oriented, and exceptionally attentive to detail.
This is a people-focused role requiring someone who can build strong relationships with employees while maintaining accuracy, consistency, and accountability across HR processes.
Key Responsibilities
Recruiting & Hiring
Support end-to-end recruitment for cleaning staff.
Source and screen candidates based on company requirements and culture.
Coordinate interviews and hiring processes.
Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Help ensure the business consistently has qualified employees available.
Employee Lifecycle Management
Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
Maintain accurate employee records and documentation.
Serve as a primary point of contact for employee questions and concerns.
Monitor employee status, attendance, performance, and engagement.
Help create a positive employee experience from hiring through separation.
Follow up proactively on employee-related issues.
Payroll & Administrative Support
Assist with payroll processing and ensure employee information is accurate and up to date.
Track hours, attendance, and other payroll-related information.
Coordinate payroll-related documentation and follow-ups.
Maintain organized employee files and HR records.
Identify and correct discrepancies quickly.
Employee Success & Engagement
Build strong relationships with employees and understand their needs.
Help improve employee retention and engagement.
Conduct regular check-ins and gather employee feedback.
Help address concerns and escalate issues when necessary.
Support employee development and accountability.
Process & HR Support
Help establish and improve HR and employee management processes.
Create and maintain SOPs, checklists, and documentation.
Ensure employee processes are consistently followed.
Help identify opportunities to improve the overall employee experience.

Preferred Qualifications
Experience in HR, recruitment, employee success, people operations, or employee relations.
Experience managing the employee lifecycle.
Payroll or payroll administration experience.
Experience supporting U.S.-based businesses.
Experience in the cleaning, home services, or similar industries.
Familiarity with HRIS, payroll, recruiting, or employee management platforms.
Experience working with remote teams.
