JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a reliable, organized, and proactive HR Generalist to support our growing business with employee hiring, onboarding, scheduling, documentation, and day-to-day human resources tasks.

A major part of this position will involve recruiting and managing temporary workers. The ideal candidate has experience quickly finding qualified workers, screening applicants, coordinating schedules, and ensuring we have enough staff available to meet our business needs.

The candidate should also be comfortable using team management and workforce management software to organize employees, schedules, attendance, communication, and assignments.
