As an HR Generalist with payroll expertise, you will play a key role in supporting HR operations, including managing recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, compliance, and payroll administration. Your role is essential in fostering a positive work environment and ensuring the alignment of HR practices with company goals and values. You will also take an active role in employee engagement, development, and retention, contributing to the overall success of the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
-Manage and document compliance with new hires for Spice QSR.
-Conduct recruitment activities, including interviewing and hiring qualified candidates.
-Collaborate with team leaders to understand job requirements and skill sets needed.
-Implement and oversee new employee onboarding.
-Administer HR programs related to compensation, benefits, and payroll.
-Address employee inquiries and provide support on HR-related issues.
-Manage employee disciplinary processes, disputes, and investigations.
-Stay updated with the latest HR trends, regulations, and best practices.
-Perform other HR-related duties as required.
Qualifications and Skills:
-Must be 100% available and dedicated to work hours 10am-3pm-Monday-Friday EST
-Proven experience in HR management, with a focus on payroll administration.
-Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
-Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
-High organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
-Effective time management and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
-Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
-Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, etc.).
