HR / Fleet Management Coordinator – Job Description
We are looking for a highly organized HR / Fleet Management Coordinator to support both personnel and vehicle operations. This dual-role position involves overseeing employee onboarding, maintaining accurate HR records, and assisting with compliance-related documentation. On the fleet side, you'll manage vehicle assignments, track maintenance schedules, coordinate repairs, and ensure all registrations and inspections are up to date.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and able to balance responsibilities across departments. Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently are essential. Experience with HR systems, fleet tracking software, and maintaining operational compliance is preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with hiring, onboarding, and maintaining employee records
Manage fleet inventory, maintenance, and compliance
Track vehicle usage, mileage, and fuel logs
Coordinate with vendors and internal departments
