We need a senior HR professional with HR Manager–level experience in a construction company to help us build a competitive, fair Compensation & Benefits (C&B) structure.
Scope & Responsibilities
• Review our current C&B and identify gaps.
• Share real, construction-industry pay practices (salary bands, allowances, per-diems, site premiums, OT rules, government-mandated benefits alignment, incentive schemes).
• Propose a practical C&B framework: salary ranges by role/level, allowances, bonuses/incentives, and policy drafts.
• Advise on implementation, governance, and change-management.
• Provide benchmarking guidance against PH market norms.
Must-Have Qualifications
• 5+ years in HR, including significant time as HR Manager in a construction company.
• It’s fine if your last construction role ended up to 3 years ago.
• Deep C&B expertise: salary structuring, allowances, variable pay, retention incentives, compliance.
• Strong written recommendations and ability to provide anonymized examples from past practice.
Deliverables
1. Draft C&B policy pack (salary bands by role/grade, allowance matrix, incentive options).
2. Implementation checklist & communication plan.
3. One round of revisions after feedback.
