We are a regional company with a team of approximately 40 employees across Singapore, Korea, Malaysia, and the Philippines. Our business operates across multiple markets, with teams supporting various business and operational functions.
This role will report directly to the CEO.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support recruitment activities, including job postings, initial candidate screening, interview coordination, candidate communication, onboarding, and offboarding.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements.
- Handle employee queries regarding HR policies, leave, benefits, and general HR matters.
- Manage day-to-day HR administration, including employee records, documentation, leave tracking, and attendance monitoring.
- Collect, review, and verify monthly payroll inputs, including attendance, overtime, commissions, bonuses, and other relevant adjustments.
- Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and define precise job requirements.
- Manage day-to-day HR operations, including leave tracking, attendance monitoring, and personnel record management.
- Manage leave and attendance records and follow up on discrepancies.
- Prepare employment-related documents, letters, and other HR administrative records as required.
- Assist with general administrative and operational duties as required.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree, Advanced Diploma, or Diploma in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of proven experience in an HR Generalist/Operations role, with exposure to working in a multicultural or international team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience working with international clients or teams.
- High level of confidentiality, integrity, and professionalism when handling sensitive employee matters.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
