JOB OVERVIEW

We're looking for an experienced HOA Collections Specialist with a strong background in Accounts Receivable, collections, and outbound collections calls to support U.S.-based HOA and property management clients.

What You'll Do:
- Manage delinquent homeowner accounts and outstanding HOA assessments
- Make outbound collection calls and follow up on overdue balances
- Negotiate payment arrangements while maintaining a professional customer experience
- Send collection notices, payment reminders, and account statements
- Process payments and reconcile homeowner accounts in AppFolio
- Maintain accurate collection notes and account records

What We're Looking For:
- 2+ years of HOA or property management collections/AR experience
- Strong Accounts Receivable and Collections background
- Hands-on experience with AppFolio (required)
- Excellent negotiation, customer service, and communication skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
