JOB OVERVIEW

Position: Outbound Dialer (3rd party collection company)
Rate: $3/hour
Schedule: 5 hours per day
Days Off: Saturday & Sunday
Setup: Work From Home

Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and reliable Outbound Dialer to join our growing team. Your main responsibility will be making outbound calls to potential clients, following a provided script, and setting appointments or transferring qualified leads.

Responsibilities:
Proven experience in collections, billing, or accounts receivable (preferred)

Make high-volume outbound calls daily

Follow call script and company guidelines

Qualify leads and gather accurate information

Update CRM or tracking sheets after each call

Meet daily call and performance targets

Requirements:

Previous dialing or call center experience preferred

Clear and confident English communication skills

Reliable internet connection (at least 10 Mbps)

Noise-canceling headset

Quiet work environment

Highly motivated and goal-oriented
