JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a creative, fast-moving Multimedia Designer who understands how to create visuals and content that capture attention and perform.

This role is ideal for someone who can turn ideas into high-quality graphics, short-form videos, ad creatives, and social media content for platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and more. You should have a strong eye for design, storytelling, branding, and visual communication, with an interest in using AI to work faster and create better content.

Responsibilities
•⁠ ⁠Create ad creatives for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other platforms
•⁠ ⁠Design static graphics, social media posts, thumbnails, banners, and promotional assets
•⁠ ⁠Create and edit short-form videos for Reels, TikTok, Shorts, and paid ads
•⁠ ⁠Develop creative concepts, hooks, layouts, and visual angles
•⁠ ⁠Add captions, transitions, text overlays, music, and basic motion graphics
•⁠ ⁠Repurpose existing content into multiple formats and creative variations
•⁠ ⁠Maintain organized creative files, templates, brand assets, and design systems
•⁠ ⁠Collaborate with the team to develop and test different creative concepts
•⁠ ⁠Use AI tools to support ideation, design, video editing, content creation, and workflow efficiency

Requirements
•⁠ ⁠Experience as a Multimedia Designer, Graphic Designer, Video Editor, Creative Designer, or similar role
•⁠ ⁠Strong understanding of social media and performance-driven creative
•⁠ ⁠Experience creating content for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, or similar platforms
•⁠ ⁠Strong skills in Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Canva, CapCut, Figma, or similar tools
•⁠ ⁠Good eye for composition, typography, color, branding, storytelling, and visual hierarchy
•⁠ ⁠Able to create both static and video content
•⁠ ⁠Comfortable using AI tools for creative production and workflow improvement
•⁠ ⁠Fast, organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently

Nice to Have
•⁠ ⁠Experience with eCommerce, DTC brands, agencies, creators, or online businesses
•⁠ ⁠Experience creating UGC-style, direct-response, or product ads
•⁠ ⁠Understanding of creative testing and performance metrics such as CTR, CPA, and ROAS
•⁠ ⁠Ability to write or improve hooks, captions, and basic ad copy
•⁠ ⁠Experience with AI creative tools such as Midjourney, Runway, Kling, Veo, Sora, HeyGen, or similar
