JOB OVERVIEW

I’m looking for an experienced Google Ads Specialist to join my agency as a long-term freelancer.

We primarily work with lead generation businesses, and I’m looking for someone who is genuinely strong in both Google Ads and conversion tracking.

This is not an agency-to-agency position. I’m looking for one individual freelancer who will personally handle the work. No teams, no outsourcing, and no subcontracting.

The role
You’ll initially work around 15 hours per week and start by helping manage approximately 5 client accounts.

If things work well and you consistently deliver good work, I’ll gradually give you responsibility for more accounts. My intention is to eventually turn this into a full-time position for the right person after a couple of weeks

You’ll work entirely behind the scenes and report directly to me. You will not communicate with clients.

What I’m looking for
You should be highly experienced with:

Google Ads management and optimization

Lead generation campaigns

Google Ads Conversion Tracking

Implementing and troubleshooting tracking directly on client websites

Analyzing account performance and identifying opportunities/problems

Working with real conversion and lead data rather than simply optimizing for clicks or traffic

Experience working with European clients/markets is highly preferred.

Tracking is especially important to me. I spend a significant amount of time making sure our conversion tracking is accurate, so I need someone who is comfortable implementing, testing and troubleshooting Google Ads conversion tracking independently.

How we’ll work
I have my own philosophy and processes for how I manage Google Ads accounts.

I don’t expect you to know my exact approach from day one. You’ll gradually learn how I structure and optimize campaigns.

You should already be capable of independently analyzing an account and identifying what should be changed. However, especially in the beginning, I expect you to report your findings and proposed changes to me before making significant changes to client accounts.

As trust builds and you understand how I work, you’ll naturally receive more responsibility.

Case studies are important
Please don’t just send me a message saying:

“I have 5 years of Google Ads experience.”

I care much more about what you’ve actually achieved.

When applying, please send examples or case studies from Google Ads accounts you’ve personally managed, preferably lead generation.

I’m particularly interested in seeing things such as:

Type of business/industry

Market/country

Monthly ad spend

Number of leads/conversions

Screenshots or other documentation of results are highly appreciated.

Requirements
Individual freelancer — no agencies or teams

Strong Google Ads knowledge

Strong lead generation experience

Strong Google Ads Conversion Tracking skills

Able to implement tracking on websites independently

Previous experience with European clients is preferred

Able to work around Swedish business hours - 8am to 4pm

Comfortable starting part-time at approximately 15 hours/week for 2 weeks then move to 40 hours

Interested in moving into a full-time role

$7–10 USD/hour, depending on experience
